• Vote on whether coupons work (community verification)
• Submit coupon codes for community use
• Earn reputation through accurate contributions

We do not guarantee that any coupon code will work. Codes are community-sourced and may expire or become invalid at any time.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to register
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms

4. User Submissions

When you submit coupon codes or vote on coupons:

• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your submissions on the Service
• Your display name will be shown publicly alongside your votes and submissions
• You confirm that submitted codes are legitimate and not fabricated
• Submissions are subject to moderation and may be approved, rejected, or removed

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit fake, expired, or fabricated coupon codes
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate votes or reputation
• Use automated tools to scrape content or submit votes
• Post spam, offensive content, or personal information of others
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

6. Reputation System

Users earn reputation points for accurate contributions:

• Approved submissions earn +10 points
• Submissions marked as spam result in -50 points
• Trust levels (New, Member, Trusted, Expert) are based on reputation score
• We reserve the right to adjust reputation scores to prevent abuse

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by CyberCrew. Coupon codes are the property of their respective retailers. Store names and logos belong to their respective owners.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or validity of any coupon code
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That any savings or discounts will be achieved

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberCrew shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to failed discount codes, data loss, or account suspension.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
